Refund policy
Thanks so much for shopping at Heritage Baby Boutique. We truly appreciate your business and hope that you absolutely love your purchases. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us following these steps. We will gladly issue a refund to the credit card that you originally paid with, minus applicable shipping charges.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED, BACK TO US, WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE WE SHIPPED YOUR ORDER TO YOU. We do not want you to get stuck with keeping anything that does not fit or you simply do not like once you have seen it in person; however, we are a small business and cannot accept items returned past the 30 day return window.
Please notify us of any damaged item with 7 days.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unopened and in their original condition with all tags attached. Clearance & Sale items Final Sales and are NOT returnable. Any custom order or personalized item is final sale and not returnable.
Purchaser is responsible for the shipping charges on all returned items. We are not responsible for damages that occur during return shipping or packages that are lost in transit. Please pack your returns carefully It is recommended that you return your package with insurance and tracking. insure your package & be sure to get a tracking number.
To return an item please enclose a copy of your invoice with the reason for your return noted. . Ship your return package to us at the following address:

Upon receipt of your returned package, we will send you an email notification. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 2 business days. All refunds are made to the credit card used at time of purchase. Any returns on items received as a gift will be issued a store credit.
If you need to exchange something for a different size or color, please call 843-333-7060 or email us at HERITAGEBABYVIEW@GMAIL.COM. We will gladly hold the item for you until your return is received.
Local Pick Up
Local Pick Up can be selected at check out and we will notify you when your purchase is ready for pick up. Your order will be ready with in 1- 2 operational business days. Pick up will be available at 1019 4th Ave, Conway, SC 29526 Monday - Friday 10-6 and Saturday 10-5 once you have been notified. All items must be picked up within 4 operational business days, which includes Saturday.
